Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
